Jannah u wrote the wrong definition. al-abSaar = the sights, vision Al-An'am [6:103] La tudrikuhu al-absaru wahuwa yudriku al-absara wahuwa allateefu alkhabeer No vision can grasp Him, but His grasp is over all vision: He is Subtle well-aware (of all things). An-Nur [24:44] Yuqallibu Allahu allayla waalnnahara inna fee thalika la3Aibratan li-olee al-absar It is Allah Who alternates the Night and the Day: verily in these things is an instructive example for those who have vision! |

[slm] Hmm. Jannah, you messed up I think. al-abSaar = vision/sights/perceptions yubSiroona = they visualize/see/perceive destined, your bolding pattern is incorrect. In the first ayah (from Surah al-An'aam), the *first* absaru needs to be bolded, not the second. In the second ayah (from Surah al-Nur), the word "vision" in the translation needs to be in bold. Wassalamu alaikum. |
