| 2:215 They ask thee what they should spend (In charity). Say: Whatever ye spend that is good, is for parents and kindred and orphans and those in want and for wayfarers. And whatever ye do that is good, -Allah knoweth it well. yas'aloonaka maadhaa yunfiqoona qul maa anfaqtum min khayrin falil waalidayni wal aqrabeena wal yataamaa wal masaakeeni wabnis sabeeli ... 2:219 They ask thee concerning wine and gambling. Say: "In them is great sin, and some profit, for men; but the sin is greater than the profit." They ask thee how much they are to spend; Say: "What is beyond your needs." Thus doth Allah Make clear to you His Signs: In order that ye may consider- yas'aloonaka 3anil khamri wal maysiri qul feehimaa ithmun kabeerun wa manaafi3u lin naasi wa ithmuhumaa akbaru min naf3ihimaa ... 7:187 They ask thee about the (final) Hour - when will be its appointed time? Say: "The knowledge thereof is with my Lord (alone): None but He can reveal as to when it will occur. Heavy were its burden through the heavens and the earth. Only, all of a sudden will it come to you." They ask thee as if thou Wert eager in search thereof: Say: "The knowledge thereof is with Allah (alone), but most men know not." yas'aloonaka 3anis saa3ati ayyaana mursaahaa qul innamaa 3ilmuhaa 3inda rabbee laa yujalleehaa li waqtihaa illaa huwa ... |
