| Canada hopes improvement of relations with Taleban ISLAMABAD: The Deputy Foreign Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mula Abdul Rahman Zahid has held talks with a Canadian delegation headed by the Canadian High Commissioner in Islamabad, reports Radio Kabul. The Canadian High Commissioner appreciated the measures of the Islamic Emirate about banning of poppy cultivation. He said that the Canadian government has provided an aid of $ 100 million to help the Afghan people. He hopes improvement of Canada's relation with the Islamic Emirate. During the meeting Abdul Rehman Zahid appreciated the attitude of the Canadian delegation towards Afghan people and the Islamic Emirate. He said that the Islamic Emirate was always ready for talks with opposition but unfortunately the opposition is not serious to resume talks with Taleban.
