AsalamAlayKum... Does anyone have the hadith about the First 10 days, the Middle 10 days, and the last 10 days of Ramadhan?? Salam, ~ HiMY! ~ |

| Salam, I put this hadith in the MadinaNews so click around a few times it should show up. I did ask our Imam and he said it was authentic. However he also wanted to caution people on saying certain things only on the first ten days and then certain things only on the middle ten days etc... if you feel in your heart to say those things go ahead, but don't make up something that you feel you "have to" or is "sunnah" to say during only during certain days. |

WalayKum Salam Yes, yes, and again YES, I've seen the hadith rotate about the city of Madinah several times. Merci. About the caution by your Imam there... hmmm..I never thought about that hadith that way. About saying things only during specific 10 day periods... I think it's how the Hadith is taught and its context. Me, I recall hearing it from time to time in Qhutbah's here in Toronto growing up. Strange how words can be powerful that way. eh? Salam...
