as salaamu alaykum wa rahmatAllahi wa barakatuh, This retreat last year was one of the most amazing things I've ever attended. The scene is absolutely beautiful, to the point of being surreal. We had the main sessions in this little wooden cabin right along side this huge lake, and under br. mokhtar's words about purifying and cleansing these hard hearts of ours we could hear the waves pound against the rocks on shore. SubhanAllah, it was a dream for me, that area one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. We thought we'd be roughing it in the woods, but the accomodations were like hotel rooms, and extremely cheap. Come if you can, indeed it'll impact you. wasalaam. |

| Assalam ualykum, Well, I wanted to finish up on all my basics so I can go to Egypt early and I was planing on taking a dozen classes this summer. BUT if the retreat is held in between the two sessions of summer classes, then I can come inshallah. OR if it is held before the summer classes begin, I can still come. So what date is it? wassalam |

| Walaikum Salam wrt, The Retreat information has been updated. Please check it out. Albany people who are going register ASAP. There are ppl registering ALREADY ie a huge group from Ottawa..If all the rooms fill up y'all are sleeping under the stars ;) Everyone else, this is a beautiful retreat, don't miss this opportunity inshaAllah. |

| salam, wow thanx for those links himy... well so far we have about 20 people registered and it's STILL JANUARY !!!! most of the ppl are from ottawa.. go figure we are being invaded by canadians.. a couple from albany and nj and nyc... SO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO COME REGISTER ASAP OR ELSE YOU WILL BE LOCKED OUT. |
