Assalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh, Hefrida

I pray u r doing well, insha'Allah.
One thing u can do is try to read more Quran, pray taraweeh in jamaat, do dhikr on ur own.  This month holds many blessings, one of which is extra reward for every good deed, i'A.  Allah says in the Qur'aan (13:28), "...without doubt, in the rememberance of Allah do hearts find rest."  Remember Him, and He will be close to you, insha'Allah.

Insha'Allah I'll post some short du'as for u later...

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah

Here r some du'as I hope will help, i'A:
------------------------------------------------

Allahumma antas-salaam
wa min kas-salaam
tabaarakta ya Dhal-Jalali wal Ikraam.

O Allah, You are As-Salaam,
and from You is all Peace,
blessed are You, O Possessor of Magesty and Honor.

[This du'a is usually said after 3 "astaghfirAllah" after each prayer; reported by Muslim]
-----------------------------------------------

Allahummah innee a'udubika minal
hamma wal huzni
wal ajzi wal kasali
wal bukhli wal jubni
wa Dala'iddayni wa ghalabatirrajaal.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from
anxiety and sorrow,
weakness and laziness,
miserliness and cowardice,
the burden of debts and from being overpowered by men.

[Reported by Bukhari]
-------------------------------------------------

There are many more.  Along with the previous suggestions, pls surround yourself with righteous ppl.  Insha'Allah u will find the blessings of Ramadan reach u before it's over.  Continue w/ ur 'ibadah, the best deeds r those done regularly.  May Allah grant us all the wisdom to comprehend our duties to Him, and the strength to perform them with 'ihsaan, aameen.

Do you know the reason for this fear??Could be something you were told when you were young?Think hard and find out what causes this feeling.
When we were young we were taught to wait for Ramadan with a lot of want,we really wanted it to come and we tried to fast withe the older people and see if we can do the same thing.

Assalamu'alaikum,
Thank you SA for your du'as. I will do as your suggestions.
For Widad, you're lucky 'cause you already learn about fast when you're young. But I'm not. I fast just like anybody else but I think there is no spirit inside. That why I'm afraid of it. I'm afraid that my Ramadhan goes just like before.
Even until now (after the 12th Ramadhan) I still feel so. Yaa... Alloh... what's happened to me ?
Something wrong in my mind. Sometimes I cried because of it, I cried in Eid Fitri in the day when people should be happy to face it.

Wassalam,
Hefrida

Hefrida try to make dua'a and there is nothing to fear really,on the contrary this month the shaytans are tied up and the doors of janna are open,Allah is giving us a feast here,it is a chance in a lifetime to make up for what has gone by,we can ask for Allah's forgiveness and we will be given so much good deeds from Allah, then you have the night of power(during the last ten days of ramadan) when Allah and the angels come .....read the sura:
"Inna analnahu fee laylatilqadr wa ma adraka ma laylatulqadr, laylatulqadri khayrun min alfi shahr, tanazlu lmala'ikatu warrouhu fiha min kul amr salamun hiya hatta mattla'ailfajr."

Assalamu'alaikum,
Many thanks Widad for your suggestion.
I'll do it all. But what are the signs that I successfully make my Ramadhan better; that my activities during Ramadhan could save me ?
I'm really scared, sometimes in the midle of night I wake up suddenly and get my self as a sinful man.... I cry, I'm afraid of Alloh's adzab !

Once again thanks Widad

It is good to feel afraid of azabullah, but the good thing is that when we are afraid we do a lot of istighfar,so make as much istighfar as you can and we are all sinners, but the best are the ones who repent.
There are two kinds of people :
1-One who has so many sins and shoos them away like a person shoos a fly from his nose.
2-the other is the one who feels he has so many sins as high as the mountains, this sinner is the one who repents and makes tawbah to ALlah all the time, but the poor one who does not look at his sins as great and thinks they are so small will never make tawbah.
-------------------------------------
The sign that any deed has been accepted by Allah is that after the deed is done you will notice a change in yourself in increasing your good work, maybe you will feel that you are trying to learn more about islam,or that you are praying regularly,or that you are learning quran by heart,so the SIGN is keeping up the good work.
--------
The muslim lives a life between fear and hope ,fear of Allah's athab and hope for Allah's mercy.
Allah subhanahu wataala said :that if we did not do sin,He would've created new people who sinned and then asked for forgiveness.
Whenever you wake up at night feeling you are a bad person,go and make wudu(you are lucky)and pray two rakas and ask ALlah for all you want,He will be so near, for He asks the ones who sinned during the day to ask for forgiveness during the night and those who have sinned in the night to ask for His forgivness during the day.
