| ATTENTION ALL CONVERTS Assalamu Alaykum (Please read this carefully) Rasha Madkour and Maliha Shaikh are, Insh'Allah, planning to publish a compilation of converts' stories to be used primarily for da'wah purposes. They request your help in this endeavor. Please submit to them YOUR story - how, why, when, and where you converted to Islam. Please include any details and incidents that you deem important. Please write your story with the purpose of sharing your experiences on the path to Islam with people who may have little or no prior knowledge about Islam - a glossary and explanative notes will be added as needed. Rasha and Maliha will edit the stories, typeset them, and submit them for publication. As of this time, no fixed dates can be given for the publication of the book. However, we request that you return your story to us as soon as is convenient for you. Please pass this message on to all to whom it is applicable through any means possible. Please realize that the reward for passing on knowledge is one of the ways in which blessings can be earned even after death. You will Insh'Allah be blessed for your help in this endeavor and for any good that comes out of it. We thank you very much for your help and ask Allah to reward you for your time and effort. "Who is better in speech than one who calls (men) to Allah, works righteous deeds, and says, 'I am of those who bow in Islam'?" (Quran 41:33) Narrated Abu Masoud Al-Ansari: Allah's Messenger said, "One who guides to something good has a reward similar to that of its doer."
