Asalaamu Alaikum

So which one are yours?

Hmmm…this has been a bone of contention with me this year because I haven't had any Moroccan dates. You know the ones, lightish brown in colour but very sweet and succulent.

Personally I prefer dates without glucose syrup on them but nearly all of them over here do :(

Salamu Aliakom,

favorite dates? Heh well my favorite are the ones from Madina Al Minawara. Actually they take the date, remove the seed and put a nut(s) inside the date. Heh it's always nice to have something to crunch on while eating the date :)

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah
I like the "not so ripe" dates. The ones that're green or red in colour. This time we have dates fresh from Madina for Ramadan alhumdulillah. They're so yummy. And yes the ones with almond or walnut fillings are, as se7en would put it, simply phattttt :)

Wassalam
