A request for help.....

assalamu-alaikum,
Some of you on this message board already know me from earlier discussions about my problems a while back. You helped me then and i again ask you all for help, not for myself, but for my sister and mother.
The last few days have been hell for me and my family. A few days back my sister was attacked after work. 3 indian men(may Allah Curse them)forcibly took her to their home not far away and tried to force alcohol into her and rape her, but with the help of Allah, didn't suceed. She did manage to get away but is going through abslute hell right now. The Police are involved but it doesn't help becasue we don't have much faith in them, let alone catching the men.
I really can't explain what it has been like for my parents and especially the night when she wasn't home. They were panting and crying for hours and i know for sure i would have rather been in Hell because nothing can compare what they were going through, let alone my sisters ordeal. It was the worst day of our lives and my mother already had and has enough problems.
You always hear this stuff all the time on the news but never expect it to happen to someone you know or dearly love. I can't understand nor belive why Allah is punishing my family and i like this, but moreso during this month Ramadan. That hurts so much, when at this time i was enjoying Ramadan and feeling closer to Allah. My faith is already weak and i'm hanging on by a knife edge.  My sister is so innocent and decent that why does somehting like this have to happen to her? It doesn't make sense.

I know you're all busy during this month, but all i ask is, since my prayers are not answered, can some of you please please pray for my sister and mum. I want them to be the same again, happy and this ordeal erased from their mind. I'm not asking for anyone to spend all your dua on them but just mention them so that Allah may make things better, if not easier.

Please help us in your prayers.

jazzakallah Khair

Don't despair.  Please remember that Allah tests the believers in many ways.  I really can't imagine the pain you must be feeling and what you're going through.  But keep in mind that Allah does not place on us a burden heavier than what we can bear.  Insha Allah you and your family will emerge from this ordeal with stronger iman having realized that this is a trial from Allah and the rewards for remaining steadfast will be inmense.

My heart goes out to you.   Don't stop praying, don't stop making duah, don't give up hope of help from Allah.
