Fajr Khutbah (forgot what date) by shaykh syed
(rough notes)

These days are the blessed days of Ramadhan. Prophet Muhammad saw said these are the days you can attain freddom from hellfire, this is the day to seek pleasure for Allah.
Allah has blessed the muslim ummah with giving us this honor which was not given to those before us. a hadith(?) that with the blessing of Allah, He will multiply the good deeds we will do.

Another blessing, Allah gave us this blessing by choosing us from ummah ppl giving salvation from nar...

On the day of judgement, the prophet saw will make sujood, intercessing on behalf ot the believers, making dua for the ummah to save them from the hellfire.

Allah also gave us the Quran and prevented it from alterations. Allah also made this ummah as a witness for humanity.

Another blessing, on the day of judgement, believers themselves will intercede on behalf of their fellow muslims. a hadeeth where Allah swt will say go find the believers and take them out from the hellfire. Prophet Muhammad saw said the hellfire doesn't destory the face of those who do sujood. So the face of the muslims will be protected even when/after they commit sins and capital sins. and intercession asked by believers. and those with a dinar of faith will be taken out and then those with a mustard seed weight of faith will be taken out.

Abu Saeed (?) reminded of verse Allah will not leave anyone with an ounce of mustard seed to be punished in the hellfire forever.

So we must remember all the advantages and blessings of these days. and ask Allah to make us not to be amongst those going through troubles and ask Allah for forgiveness.
