Assalamoalykum,

Houston is good!! If sometimes I diss it because I am in a bad mood, doesn't mean that any non-houstonian can do it!!!

Me, Arsalan and Harun can only do this!!

Hey Harun, WELCOME Houstonian Bro.

People from Houston are brave, we don't get scared so easily! Right Arsalan, Harun?  :)

Salam,

Didn't half of you just finish telling me how much Houston sucks?? (in the Akhwat room) Anyways, I've been there quite a few times and I thought it was pretty cool! (My friend's uncle owns this tight restaurant, Shahen-sha (sp?)

Going to H'town is kinda of like going to Pakistan..or India..or Mexico.

Ooh, i know Br. Parvez, don't know what he's up to though! sorry :)

Assalamu alaikum,

Harun, does "MSA Texas Camp at Bastrop 1996" ring a bell?  College Station?  If so, I know you.  If not, then I don't.

H-town has its negatives and its positives.  And both are in sheer quantity :)

About Pervez, I know him well.  He's the president of an organization called MSG (Muslim Support Group) in Houston.  They have a web site, whose URL I don't remember.  They had a camp last semester at Bastrop.  Last time I met him was at ISNA.

Wassalamu alaikum.

actually Parvez isn't MSG president anymore... but an awesome guy...

I know who ur thinking of but thats not me... ur at A&M right? are u SW?

I have the URL but i thought u werent supposed to post them and theres not too much on there...

With Houston, I see the best community of anywhere i have visited... especially Cali i was utterly disappointed... maybe I havent had a good enough perception...

Harun,

As long as the url is of some relevance you can post it.

But if it's just an ad, don't :)

Salam,

yup, I know who pervaz is. He's "phat"  Great speaker, a mesmerizing speaker (for a person his age). first time I heard him, couldn't believe it was such a young speaker.

Hey, Nazia I have gone to shahansha resturant!
