| Asalmualaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh There was an article in "Al shaqayq" arabic magazine that the Disney company intends to establish a Disney land in Iraq, after failing in negotiations with Saudi Arabia to have it in Makkah. The editor of the magazine wonders that Iraqi children are dying of hunger and disease "over one million of children died in Iraq since 1990" ; what would such a luxury benifit them ! the company wants to make it like Almasjid Alharam , with a large crystal ball instead of Alkaa'ba , and introduce a new character named Mohammed Mickey ! This whole incident implies : BOYCOT DISNEY AND ALL ITS PRODUCTS , because you can't imagine how much Arab and Muslim women spend on clothes , toys, stationary, bags, furniture, toohbrushes, toothpastes, soaps bedsheets...and lots more , and how the children are attached to these things just because they have disney characters on them ...just anything related to Disney. Many Muslim children need this support and money; especially Iraqi children,and also kids in kosova, burma, somal, sudan, chechnea, bosnia ..... and it breaks my heart to name every Muslim country and village where kids are killed and torchured ! |

| Salam, I was shocked when I read the first three sentences. How dare they!! You need food to survive and not toys! I can't believe it. I am e-mailing this to everyone I know. They should know better than that we don't sell our Prophets names as if they have a price value. I know they do that with Jesus (A) and can get away with it and we can't do anything about it but we WILL NOT let them do something like that against Our Beloved or any other Prophet of Allah. I think that they need to apologize. and even that won't be enough. It disgusts me that such a thought even entered their minds. Its all about the money. CAPITALISM IS FLAWED!! Wassalam |
