| Assalam Aleikum, I am going to start work in California (Redwood Shores) in about 2 weeks time and I have never lived on the West Coast before. I would really appreciate it if someone could give me addresses/phone#s of Masajids and/or Islamic Centers that are close to the Bay Area. Also, (if there are any brothers working in the same area), what is the deal with Juma salat? Is it possible to take a break from work to go pray Juma and make up the missed time later on? Any other advice/suggestions would be appreciated. Jazak'allah.. |

| Jannah, how did this thread come up as the first? were there any replies to this that were deleted? coz the folder page shows five replies but I didn't see any when I opened the topic. I'm only asking this because the guy who wrote the question is my bro :) and I was a little surprised to see his name right on top :) |
