| alsalamu alaykum wa rhmat Allah wa barakatuhu this is just a q.....i've been searching and trying to find what we're supposed to say in sujud when we reach an ayah in the Qur'an for sujud ...could someone pls tell me with proof of a hadeeth? ..jazakum Allahu khayran |

| Assalamu alaikum There are two supplications that are found in Hisnul Muslim, the small book of du'aas compiled by Sa'eed ibn Ali Ibn Wahf al-Qahtaani. From what I know, the book is a very authentic one. h=haa 7=Haa (as in 7aqq) dh = dhaal (as in alladhee) 3 = ayn s = seen S = saad d = daal D = daad Du3aa #1: sajada wajhee lilladhee khalaqahu wa shaqqa sam3ahu wa baSarahu bi7awlihi wa quwwatihi fatabaarakallaahu a7sanul khaliqeen. Translation: My face fell prostrate before He who created it and brought forth its faculties of hearing and seeing by His might and power. So blessed is Allah the best of all creators. Du3aa #2: allahummaktub lee bihaa 3indaka ajraa, waDa3 3annee bihaa wizraa, waj3alha lee 3indaka dhukhraa, wa taqabbalhaa minnee kamaa taqabbaltahaa min 3abdika daawood. Translation: O Allah! Record for me a reward for this (prostration), and remove from me a sin. Save it for me and accept it from me just as you had accepted it from your servant Dawud. Wassalamu alaikum. |
