salaam,
I read this on http://www.islam.tc

14-year-old Nizar Ede of Ramallah and 12-year-old Rami al-Durra of Gaza, murdered in cold blood by Jewish terrorists who rampaged Jerusalem on September 29 and 30, 2000.  An ambulance driver trying to save him was also murdered.  Oh, the humanity! The streets of Palestine are flowing with blood. Please remember in your prayers the victims and suffering of Muslims!

Assalam,
I just finish responding to"May Allah Have Mercy On Mohammad al-Durah." I'm SO sick of this fighting. To me,it's like the jews start a conflict knowing the Palestines will fight back. It's like they do this to see how many Palestines they can kill. The jews have more weapons. Correct me if I'm wrong, itn't the U.S. Government given  Israel billions of money? I may be wrong.

May Allah grant all the Mujahideen with Janatul Fardos. May Allah give this Ummmah the strenght to fight back always, to stand up for what is right, for what is just. May Allah punish the oppresors. May Allah guide us to the right path.
Amen.

You are not wrong Sara. You are absolutely right. Guess who transferred nuclear power to Israel? The US president LBJ. Guess where the jews had their eyes on before the US pointed out Palestine? New York.

There is a  live coverage of this on the arab station. (I have sattlelite dish). And I have seen the picture on palestine-net. I saw the mother and her gief today on one of the stations.

This situation was what the Zionist wanted. they brought the most hated Zionist Jew , Mr. Sharone to the muslim sites, and I am sure they hoped for some kind of protest and then this violence. Of course the "peace talks will have to be put off" and who knows if any prgress will ever come....
Dont think for one moment they would never insight this situation.. They are clever and they wanted this.. They are the lowest scum of murderers and they have no problems with this because murdering Palestinians means nothing to them....

Pray to Allah , pray.... for your brothers and sisters in Palestine they are once again suffering because of the AMerican supported and created state of israel..................

Anyone who has read seriously into Israeli politics/history - even just an introduction - will be familiar with the Jewish tactic of provoking the Palestinians into starting a riot, and then using it as a pretext to shoot innocent people or annex an area.

If you are a strong reader, i'd definitely recommend that you buy "The Fateul Triangle" by Noam Chomsky.

Assalamoalykum,

We had a protest against Israel in Houston. People were ***Very*** angry. Quite a lot of people showed up. One channel only covered the event for a minute. Maybe later tonight or tomorrow we will hear something a little more.

So any protests in other cities? Other countries?

Yes, there was a protest in New York. A Palestian man (I think from that country) slashed a jew across his forehead. Then on the news, I saw a lot of muslims protesting.

as salaamu alaykum wa rahmatAllahi wa barakatuh,

Lightningatnite and I went to the protest in NYC outside the Israeli consulate.  Alhamdulillah, no major incidents.  A Jew walking by starting yelling "Long live Israel" and told us to "Go home" etc, just generally acting like a loser, and some of the protestors got upset, they started shouting at each other, and all the media that was there swarmed as soon as they saw that, I bet that was the picture they put in the paper :(

And then going back to the bus station someone handed me a free newspaper.  On the front page, an article about some Jews that were killed and a picture of Palestinian protestors, close up of a little boy wearing a kifayah holding up toy guns.  And then underneath a photo of some Palestinians that were being buried, they had a story about how an orthodox Jew was slashed across the face in Brooklyn by two men who "identified themselves as Palestinian, and made it clear that the assualt was because he was a Jew."

Hmm.. perhaps I'm a bit skeptical here, but I doubt that the assaulter said "I'm Palestinian I hate you jew".

And CNN covered the story with a paragraph about how Muhammad ad-Durrah was known for throwing rocks at the Israeli soldiers, even had the nickname which means 'rascal'.  Oh, well that justifies it then.  Of course the Israeli sniper should have gunned him down while his father tried to protect him.  Those rocks can hurt you know.

May Allah grant success to the believers of Palestine.

Yes, it would be possbile for the us to sue them. Do you know about the suit of the Israeli family in America against, The Holy Lnad Foundation, IAP, and another organization, (I'm not sure if there's a third)? You can read about it on www.iap.org

Our suit will actually make sense at least!

But who is willing to be called a terrorist, a racist? Who is willing to work free for Allah?

I find it amazing how people are so ignorant! If we are anti-semitic, we must hate ourselves, (those of us who are Arabs), and those of us who are not Arabs must hate all the Prophets of God, all their pious followers, and even our Beloved (may peace be upon them all), God forbid!

there was massive demonstration last friday 29/09/00 out side the isreali embassy in london.
alhumdullilahi attended it.
the brothers had built a tripod 25ft high and placed it in the middle of the most busiest road in high street kensington. For 45 mins the area was stopped.Hundreds of office workers and passengers from buses were listening to the the bro who was on top of this tripod and spoke out against all the atrocities of israel and the british involvement.
6 bros were arrested after the police rushed the muslims. There was enough media coverage , esp locally..
i just about got away my self from the police!!

alhumdullilah it is fard on all muslims around the world to support the jihad either by going there , or speaking out , or raising money, inshallah.

Assalamu alaikum,

I just came back from a peaceful demonstration in front of the israeli consulate in Toronto.  It was raining but there were many in attendance carrying flags and chanting slogans.

This was a first for me, as I never attendend a  demonstration in my life till now. I mostly watched rather than participated.  I had a really uncomfortable feeling when I saw someone holding a poster with a swastika drawn on it, and also when I heard the crowds cheering when someone burned the israeli flag...somehow I felt that this was wrong and did not help our cause at all.

There were no arrests al-hamdolellah.  But they (police & RCMP) did not allow demonstrators to go on the same street of the israeli consulate.  We stood on the other side.
Re: Palestine
Saleema

Assalamoalykum,

Why do you feel that is wrong to burn Israeli flags? I am not accusing you of anything, please don't get me wrong.

They are murdering our borthers and sisters, and have a desire to *burn* down Islam. We have every right to burn down their flags and *fight back* with whatever we have. We *don't* want an Israel and we must tear it down!! before they tear us apart completely.

Maybe you felt this way because it was your first demonstration ever. But at least you went and may Allah reward you for showing concer for our Muslim brothers and sisters.

If the Zionists want to live in Palestine, (it's all our land that they have taken over!), then they have to live according to the system that was present before. Jews were living in Palestine since centuries and had no problems with the Muslims and in fact the Muslism *protected* the Jews from harm that the Nazis wanted to inflict upon them. Then after WWII, they started moving in huge numbers to Palestine, and then with the help of the Western powers, (especially the US), they started fighting the Muslims and established Israel. The only reason that they won was because the US supplied them with war weapons.

Then, the US transferred nuclear power to them. (Then they wonder why Muslims felt threatened and why were they so happy with Pakistan declaring openly that it was a nuclear power too.)  Anyway, before non-Arab Jewish settlers came to Palestine after WWII, the Jews and the Muslims were not fighting each other and there was no threat of war or anything like that.

The evil zionist ideology has brought this upon us.

Jewish controlled police arrest Muslim youth

Police in Birmingham have arrested three Muslim youths for
fly-posting advert about a conference "Save Palestine" to be
held on Friday 6th October at Small Heath Community Centre,
Muntz Rd, Birmingham.

In the late hours of last night (about 11.30pm) police arrested
3 Muslim youths: Malik Saleem (22) , Mohammad Farooq (21) and
sajaad Hanif (20). Later, (at approx. 4.00am) police barged
their way into the family home of one of the youth (Malik) and
started to remove articles from his house.

The Muslim youths seem to have been arrested for organising a
public meeting in protest against the Jewish atrocities, and the
illegal occupation of whole of Palestine and Al-Quds which has
the 3rd holiest Mosque (Al-Aqsa mosque).

The meeting is organised by members of the radical movement
"Al-Muhajiroun" Birmingham-branch. Their arrest is a clear
indication of the tight grip that the Jews have over the
authorities of Britain. It seems clear that the Jews will fight
the Muslims in Britain to the last Englishman!

The representative of Al-Muhajiroun-Birmingham branch said: ((I
was contacted by Maliks family who have been led to believe that
the youths were arrested for fly-posting material against the
State of Israel. This is an outrageous charge, and a charge
which every Muslim will find extremely offensive the posters
advertising the public meeting contain notes on the atrocities
committed by the Jews recognised by the whole world and
quotation of the saying of Prophet Muhammad(s.a.w). It is not
clear which one of these two the police/Jews found offensive.
The saying of the Prophet on the poster was "the hour will not
come till the Muslims fight the Jews and kill them"  -This is
what the Muslims believe will happen as prophesised. In fact the
advising lawyer has clearly said that it is neither offensive to
publish or to distribute religious material, otherwise all
torah; publishing companies would be arrested and charged for
similar offences. )).

O' Muslims, we as Muslims have a duty to speak out and to act
against the oppression that is continuing in Palestine or any
other part of the world. We must support each other and
co-operate against the enemy of Islam and Muslims. We must not
stop just because some Jew or their puppets find the truth
offensive.

Assalamu alaikum,

Saleema- Jazaki Allahu khairan for your enthusiasm and comments.

We have to remember though that we the Palestenians and also Muslims in general are under the strictest scrutiny of the media who everyone knows is run by whom.  Jews have been able to win the sympathy of the world by playing the victim role for decades.  That is why they still receive billions of $s --to enable them to survive in what they call "a hostile environment" which is the mid east.

So far none of the local papers here has run a front page story on the happennings of the Occupied Territories.  We need to draw attention to those horrific acts by means of peaceful civil demonstrations that say "We Are the Victims Here!".  When outsiders see Arab/Muslim demonstrators in Toronto or other cities holding swatsika signs, burning israeli flags, or being just silly and naive in the slogans they chant, who are they going to feel sorry for?  Not the victims in Palestine I assure you.  And you know what, if there was any media coverage at all, which I doubt, the only thing that they are going to show is the flag burning bit, just to villify Palestenians even more!!

It is a game that we need to play well because all eyes are focussed on us.

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. I witness that
there is no god but Allah and that
Muhammad is His messenger.

Oh Muslims,
The event of the hour is the visit of Sharon (The jewish minsiter and the
butcher of Muslims in Sabra and Shateila
Camps) along with a few Jewish leaders to al-Aqsa Mosque. Hundreds if not
thousands of policemen
guarded them.
Sharon is challenging more than one billion Muslim all over the world.
What should be the response to Sharonâ^À^Ùs visit of Islamâ^À^Ùs holy place?

Should we respond only by throwing stones, or by condemnation?
Sharon or Barak would not dare to challenge Muslims if there was a leader for
the Muslims (i.e. a Khalifah)
who would declare Jihad against them to remove their state completely.
The visit of this Jewish butcher of Muslims has come at a time when the case of
Palestine has been distorted
from being a war between Muslims and disbelievers ;
to a war between Arabs and Jews ;
to a call to apply UN resolutions ;
to a conflict between the Israelis and the Palestinians ;
to a conflict about the refugees ;
then a conflict around the status of Jerusalem ;
and then finally to conflict over the status of al-Aqsa Mosque.

Who will forbid the Jews from committing massacres today in al-Aqsa Mosque?
 This may well become a
new excuse (for them) to continue the so-called peace process or in another
words, to surrender Palestine
to the Jews completely!
For more than 50 years the imperialist disbelievers have planned our opposition
to the Jews to stay
confined to just demonstrations, throwing stones and conspiracies.
We have not heard one ruler from the Muslim lands declaring that he wants to
eradicate the Jews from
Palestine. Instead they declare that Sharonâ^À^Ùs visit is the cause of the
problems because choose to defend
Barak and the Labor party.
Al-Aqsa Mosque was under occupation by the Crusaders for more than 90 years.
It used to be a stable
for their horses.  But only when the Muslim Ummah declared Jihad was al-Aqsa
Mosque liberated.
The same thing applies today, this Mosque will not be liberated until Jihad is
declared by a trusted authority.
Who else would that be except the coming Khalifah Inshaâ^À^ÙAllah.

I call all the Muslims to work for this purpose:
â^À^ÜThey see the (Day) indeed as a far-off (event): But We see it (quite)
near.â^À^Ý
Ameen.

Regarding the Swastika that was either done by somebody who was either stupid or a agent inside the group. Regarding burning the flag ..good idea! how many muslims know that it is the flag of shabbatai levi/zevi the founder of the doenme sect of judaism? that it has nothing to do with torah judaism? and we know what the doenme did don't we?..
A more constructive thing would be to let every person in the crowd hold up one giant placard with the photo of a individual matyr on it..make sure it's in front of the camera's...1 individial is a person ...a 100 is a statistic...and one picture speaks a 1000 words...wasalaam

I think flag burning is a big turn-off and really offensive to most americans. Burning a flag won't get sympathy and justice for the palestinian cause. In putting on demonstrations like the above in London, they should really sit down and first think about their goals and how they should acheive them. Are they going to act like rowdy kids starting a riot and perpetuate the ignorant image of islam and just vent their own feelings of hatred? Or are they going to be smart about public relations and opinion and work the crowd and media to get their message across...

something to think about , the next time you burn a flag.

I have a question here for the brothers and sisters who are pro- rallies and protests. What do we accomplish by protesting, showing some anger, and releasing some emotions? Do we really solve a problem? Or do we gain any thing at all? I'm really confused here. I just want some one to correct me if I'm wrong; We have been protesting condemning and saying "NOooooo!!!" for over fifty years now, haven't we? Isn't it just about time that we wake up and start moving in the right direction? Maybe I'm asking for too much here: Let's just try to understand what the Prophet (S) would do if he were with us now!!!! Can we do that?
May Allah guide us all to the truth.

Truthin Islam has a good point.
The tv news covers a much larger audience after they have filmed, edited, and commented on the rallies.
Do they ever show the calm, educated muslim? No-usually the wild eyed, shaggybeard, death to America chanting muslim is shown- or the blacked veiled woman, with wailing arms...

as salaamu alaykum wa rahmatAllahi wa barakatuh,

This was written by our very own LightningAtNite.

"People are asleep, and when we die, we wake up."-The Beloved
Prophet

When you see images like you saw, something deep inside of you
moves, churns, hurts.  That is your heart. It beats faster, its
like it was in a long deep sleep, and then heard something that
startled it.  It's scared, it wants to do something, it's telling
you to hurry, to help. You might listen to it, or you might wait
till later, later....and if you wait you know what your heart
does? It goes back to sleep.  And the next time it hears
something, it doesn't even bother waking up anymore. This is
called the hardening of the heart.

Every time something bad happens, like watching this boy die in
front of our eyes, its like the alarm going off for fajr. And
each time you get an email about it and hit the delete key, or
wait for someone else to do something, you're hitting the snooze
button. The dunya is a veil pulled over our eyes, a matrix that
blinds our hearts from the truth.  The truth that college and
cars and clothes are nothing in the scheme of things. When Neo
stopped believing in the Matrix, it crumbled, he had power over
it.

We are asleep dreaming of dunya, and the alarm's going off.  Its
time to wake up and do something, because what you do is what you
believe.  Wake up and realize that Allah allowed this to happen,
and He can change things if we BELIEVE.  If we cry when we pray
instead of thinking about homework or what that email someone
sent you really meant. If we hope.

Despair is from the shaitan, because he has no hope. But a Muslim
always has hope in Allah, and turns to Him. If Muhammad al-Dura
died for a reason, let it be so that people get closer to Allah,
and stop loving the dunya. Then he will have died a true martyrs
death. Don't let the fear in his eyes fade with yesterdays email.

>I went to the hospital to visit the father of the
>child "muhammed" that was assassinated by the Israeli
>barbaric soldiers.  The father  is now paralyzed.   He
>told me, with tears in his eyes, the story of how his
>son was massacred by those cowards.  He told me that
>they (the soldiers) saw him and saw his son and that

> Dozens of  other Palestinian children were also

>ayman

You cannot bring Muhammad back.  But if seeing him die turns you
back to Allah, changes you, moves you away from dunya, you have
honored him. If not, then you have died with him.

Be like the Prophet:

There was an explosion outside of Medina, and all the sahaba were
scared that the city was being attacked.  They grabbed their
swords and ran outside to defend the city.  But when they
arrived, the Beloved Prophet was already there, on Abu Talha's
horse, his sword strapped to his chest, his hair blowing in the
wind. " Don't worry," he said, "I've taken care of it."

This is your wake up call.

I say these words mainly to myself. Please forgive my ignorance.

Wassalam,

Truthinislam, forgive me If I'm being harsh, what have YOU done to help? These protests, everytime I hear about them, every time I see them, I pray and I cry and I ask Allah not let me fall "asleep" again. (In Lightning At Nite's words.)

These protests have instilled a great love in my heart for all the Muslims around the world, a love which burns the very core of my heart, and some day, that love is going to, inshallah, take on a physical form. The world better watch out, I am coming! I am not just saying this in the heat of passion, I mean it.
