| Assalamoalykum, I say forget the Arab leaders!! In reality, our leaders are the Imams and the scholars of Islam But when you think about it, the armies of the Arab countries are under the control of the governments, but they should be under the control of the people, and until the governments tell them to go to war they won't. The civilians can't do much by themselves, nor can Hisboallah and other mujahiden groups. Here's what needs to be done. This is NOT the problem of the Arabs only, it is the problem of ALL the Muslim countries. In this Summit, non-Arab countries should be invited too. They should all impose an embargo of oil on the western countries. Hell, they need to fly those planes, and drive those tanks with oil, and they are going to run out of it. If they are smart enough, they will tell Israel to back off and live under the rule of Palestine. Oil, oil, oil..........Don't these people realzie the power that they have in their hands?!??????? The world is already experiencing a crisis of oil, well 'they' are. (Anyone else experience an oil crisis?) These western powers will have to decide whether they want those reserves of oil for tanks and warplanes or do they want those oil rerserves for the civilian populations? These western powers will go into chaos at home. In the Unites States people have been living comfortably like never before and they want to keep this economic prosperity for as long as they can. They don't want a war and they don't want an oil crisis. If all the Muslim countries get together and fight Israel and anyone supporting Israel, with the oil embargo, such a war can be won. There is no strength in numbers or weapons, the only strength a Muslim needs is the strength provided by Allah. Allah promises the Muslims that if they don't fear death, if they don't fear the enemy because they are bigger in numbers and well-equipped in weapons, then Allah will show them victory. I seek refuge in Allah from the shaytan. 'Verily the help of Allah is near...' Wassalam |

alaikum Writing this is going to make me late for work... Umar used to say that when the Muslims were few in number, they were still able to overpower the kuffaar (despite being in lesser numbers) due to the strong imaan they had in their hearts. Then he continued that when the Muslims have low imaan, the fact that the kuffaar are greater in number is what gives THEM the victory. |

| slm I was reading something here in the local newspaper a few days ago how Ghaddafi said that the leaders of the Muslim countries are to blame for israel, that if they were united Israel would be gone within 24 hours (I think he said 24 hrs.). |
