These are pretty easy.maybe I'll post some harder one's later...

A man had seven daughters and they each had a brother.  How many children did they have?
_____________________________________________

Two girls are identical twins. On one vacation, they decided that one would always tell the truth, whatever the question she was asked, while the other one woud always lie.  How could you find out which twin you were talking to by asking her only one question?
_______________________________________________

A family had eggs for breakfast every day, even though they didn't keep chickens.  But they never bought any eggs, never borrowed any eggs, were never given any eggs by anyone else, and certainly none of them would ever steal an egg. So, how did they manage?

For the 2nd one you could ask them a question you know, like ask them how many days there are in the year (365 days).  The one that is lying will saying something else, while the truthful one will say 365 days.

Second question:  Well, since they are twins, it would be
easy to know who's lying by asking, about the other, "is she your
sister?".

Assalaamu alaikum,

Even better: Do you have a twin sister? With this question there is no doubt about the answer unlike questions like "how many days in a year?" 355? 365? 366? 365.xx ?

:)

the precise answer to that question (from the book I got it from) is:

"Ask her a question with an answer that you can verify at once, e.g. 'Is the sun shining?' -or a nonsense question, e.g. 'What sort of bird is an elephant?'"
