| slm Thanks! Very helpful- I wonder if the teacher will say yes to a presentation on Hajj? Because they were celebrating Christams I think she felt pressure to "allow" me to do Ramadan. If you are interested- I will keep you posted! |

Lent: The time from Ash Wednesday until Easter is a period in which Christians Fast. This is 40 days, which starts 7 wednesdays before Easter. | Asalaamu Alaikum ;-) Those satellite pics are incredible!!! I think you can just about make out the shape of the Green Dome in the Madinah pic but weird how the colour doesn't show through. I wish I was there :( |
