| [slm] I don't think we (the unlearned ones) should have our "personal opinions" on such issues! Al-Jumu'ah magazine had a good issue on this topic a few months ago. You may wanna look into it. |

| slm I was going to post something on this later when I get a chance, as this huge discussion about this came up some time ago on one MSA list, and one of the scholars said that it was ok, to use, provided the person paid the amount in full without interest. Though the credit card contract says that there is riba involved if the payment is late, this part of the contract is invalid as the person pays the amount in full before the time the bill is due and thus avoids interest. I will insha'Allah find the exact wordings and put it up here from that scholar. |

| Assalam ualykum, You may want to have one very good credit card and no more than two. So it's easier to pay the payments in full without paying interest on them. If you have about 5 or 10 credit cards, more than likely you will end up paying credit on all of them or some of them unless you are super rich. wassalam |

| [slm] I was reading on http://www.islamiq.com about an "Islamic Credit Card". They didn't have any details about where to get one, just how it works. I have emailed the ppl in charge, and will keep you guys posted about this insha Allah. |
