| slm My mother (non-Muslim) accidently ran over our cat that lives outside. To my knowledge it is still alive as I type this, Allah knows best. My question is: Is it permissible to make Dua for the cat, for it to heal and recover? wlm |

| Wa'alaikumussalam warahmatullah, Erm... I don't see anything wrong with making du'a for animals... the Prophet (saw) never disallows it, and he always encourage us to be good to all of Allah's creations... and I think making du'a for it is a good deed. It's something from the heart :) |
