Brother's comments: as-salaam alaikum wa rahmatuallah wa barakatuhu, This was shown here in Australia earlier in the year.  Alhamdulillah, it presented Islam in a very good light and despite some inaccuracies, it was generally quite good.  Of course, there are some problems with it, such as in the second part, where they spend a bit of time talking about "dar al-hikmah" established under the caliph Ma'moon to translate the scriptures and philosophies of the kuffar into Arabic.  Despite it is still quite good. The first two parts of the series which deal with the life of the Prophet(saw) and the accomplishments of the Muslims during the Middle Ages respectively are much, much better than the last part which deals with the Ottomans. I really recommend that the brothers record this and keep it as a resource to show to non-Muslims.  I have witnessed first-hand the effect it had here, where I had many kuffar come up to me at work and elsewhere and say that this programme changed the way they viewed Islam.  The programme moved people and created enough of an interest in Islam amongst the general community that a large number have been asking for additional information on Islam. I even know of one case of a man who after seeing the show called a da'wah centre to enquire about Islam, and eventually took his shahadah a couple of weeks later, walhamdulillah. w'salaam
