| Dear Brothers and Sisters, Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu! It was exactly a year ago tomorrow that my life changed for the better, no, BEST!! I was guided to this wonderful religion of Islam! For a very long time I was a *lurker* on this board...too shy to come forth and say hello. (I never did make an intro...lol) That is until Jannah was going to take my citizenship away...:) Anyway...none of you know this...but I want to send a special thanks to se7en. Way back when...on the old message board, I was going through something I don't care to mention, and she wrote a very touching post that made me change my entire point of view. She brought tears to my eyes knowing that I had a Sister *out there* who cared. Honestly se7en, you stopped me from doing something that would have been detrimental to my future, as well as my daughters. I'll never forget it...and you have been in my du'as ever since! Jazakallah Khair :) To all who read this who are considering Islam, do it! Take the Shahadah, you will never regret it!! :) "La ilaha illa Allah, Muhammadur rasul Allah" What more can you ask for? | slm, mashallah.. how does it feel to be a muslim for a whole year now sr serena? :) like br asim said, those who were born muslim may not really understand the totally awesome feeling of accepting islam during ones life. and i agree... may allah bless everyone one who makes jannah.org what it is (and especially sr. jannah for makin such an awesome online community for muslims around the world to come together :) ).. i to am proud to be a hopless madinah addict ;-D may Allah giude us all and increase us in our iman and brotherhood/sisterhood :) ameen. |

I tried with the admin before who of course wouldn't bend the rules. But from the looks of things, the perl script that is supposed to match new titles with number of posts is buggy, so enjoy your days as a newbie while they last.
