Hope you can help! (starting an Islamic magazine)

As-salamu alaikum, dear brothers and sisters! I have been a Muslim for over two years and a half now. I write to your board in hope that you can give me some info and advice about my dream that I want to become true. I am originaly from east european country and even there arenīt too many muslims there I would like to publish an Islamic magazine. I realy do not know which permition i need to take but I can find that out asking in my own country(if you have any idea let me know). What I need help about are the following matters: 1) Have i right to make an Islamic magazine even i did not study Islam in the Uni and i am not a journalist? 2) I am not an official translator but i am able to translate the articles from english to my own language altough not perfect. Is it neccessary the person to have a diploma for translator to make those kind of translations for a magazine? 3)Can I use articles from Internet web sites and some islamic books and to include them in my magazine? Do i need the permition of the owners of the web sites and the authors of the books to do that? 4) I want to make this to present Islam in my non-muslim coutry and to help the muslims there to find the beauty of their religion. I wouldnīt make it for money but if at the end of each month after my expences i do get some money are they halal or haram? This is my dream so far. I would like to publish a monthly magazine with Fatawa, convertion stories, questions from the readers,Islamic articles, Seera, children page, cooking page,etc. Please help me find out if that is possible at all. (2) where r u getting the $$$ to fund this? (3) what kind of budget do u have? (4) r u going to be using advertisment for this? (5) r u gonna have someone to work on the layout? all this is something u should think about before u get into publication..:) i don't want to discourage u in any way, because i think u've got the right intention, but u can't, i repeat, u can NOT do this urself :) it's way too much work :) inshAllah this helped u out, in mapping what u want to do, and how u want to do it :) i work on an islamic publication myself, that's how i know all this :) if u have any more questions, u can e-mail me anytime :) (happy00786@aol.com) later langur ;)
