| Assalaamu alaikum :) I am a recent joiner to your message board so I thought I should take an opportunity to introduce myself. I am a sister who lives in Ottawa, Canada and just recently graduated from the university here. I am currently working but plan to inshaAllah return to school to get a teaching certificate. | wa alaikum assalaam wrt wbt :) I wish I was !!! Many of my friends are intending to going, alhamdulillah. We had a retreat with him near here (Kanata) this December and mashaAllah, everyone who went seemed to benefit so much. They were so moved that some donated their time and money to make recordings of the lectures on tapes (about 20 tapes) for those who could not go. Alhamdulillah. So you can see that we're a passionate group especially when it comes to the scholars we admire. Btw, don't get me started about how nice Ottawa is :D I love living in this city. |

Morning mist is actually the meaning of my name which is originally persian (although I am not Persian) It is popular in Iran, Pakistan, and Turkey also I believe. hmmm... if anyone can guess what it is, not only do you expose my identity but I will be very impressed too :D so if anyone is up for the challenge... if not I guess it'll just remain a mystery... |

| A.W.W., What a nice name, morning_mist. I guess its only possible to see the morning_mist in the morning when you go for Fazr. Out of all the times of the day, I love the morning, so peaceful, birds praying, so calm, so comforting, you can actually feel the sakinah of the morning. Anyway welcome to the board.
