Salam broz and sis....LOQ...i have heard these all b4, though i've personally experienced the 'That hijab really brings out the colour of your eyes' line, but Bro Rashid, i have to say it's very easy to resist the dual compliment,i thought it was funny, but on hindsight judging by the bro's red complexsion i'd say he wasn't amused, but then again he shouldn't believe everything he reads ;).....Nehar your so right, men are PATHETIC! ...and yeah they are also corny, but more importantly they are insulting to a sis and her intelligance by them using these lines, i agree with Mahmoodah in ways that being direct is the best way, if you are interested just say so or do things properly and get a friend or family member to intervene for you....i am interested to know how Mahmoodah would respond to a direct question like 'would you marry me' though :).....'i dunno, anyone like to comment on my little dilemma?' ....well sis i have to say i agree with you, i thought they were funny, but i don't see how they are insulting to Islam, it's only pointing out how bro's treat Islam as a joke, or how they lack respect, and just shows how pathetic they are like Nehar said....Wa'salam
