Voting in a democracy is harram , dont vote for any one.
any way, it wont make any difference who you vote for, they're all fag huggers, except for BNP, but i don't think you want to vote for them?
Man made laws are kufr, by voting in a democracy you are taking part in the making of laws.
People are going to go on at you about benafits, but it is still harram, even if the benafits were real. and they are not real. laws in a democracy are made, by the rich, for the rich, with the rich. Only people who are rich enough to pay the parties large sums of money to be spent on adverts can change laws.

Salaam,

Thoughts :

"Voting in a Democracy is Haraam"

By your logic, then we shouldn't follow laws in non-Muslim countries? But, "Ateallah, 'ateurusuul, wa ulil amri minkum" -- "Obey Allah, Obey the Prophet, and those who have command over you." You're required to follow the laws by virtue of being there. If you want to protest laws, go ahead, but go through the proper channels. Example, you can't protest speed limits by hitting the straightaway flat out at 120mph, and then when you get pulled over, say to the cop, 'Oh, it's just a bit of civil disobedience'. The way to protest it is to go through the proper channels, lobby your congressmen. But the only reason your lobbying carries any weight is you have the power of the vote. So more or less, that would mean you would have to vote. Right?

Pick the holes in my logic.

yep man made laws have no validity. when I obey trafic laws, i do so  cause i don't want fines and i don't want to cause accedents, not because i believe that the perverts who run this country deserve to  be obeyed.
don't take verses out of contect, Who are the people of othoity?
not the kaffar gangsters who rule here and in the muslim world.
there is another verse "Allah will never allaw the disbelievers to have othority over the believers".

And no, if a Muslim was standing I would not vote for him, A law made up by some one who calls him self a Muslim, is still a man made law.
