| A.W.W. Perhaps football is seen as a ladish thing and many people drink a lot before and after the game to drown thier sorrows and to have one for their success. If you do one sport then its gotta be swimming, I think it is so kewl. I love it man. |

| Asalaamu Alaikum ;-) Speaking of swimming there are a few pools in London which regularly have women only sessions. I know our Masjid is looking into block booking some times at the pool to allow our brothers and sisters to have a bit of fun in a proper environment. Anyone remember those arm bands you had to wear when you couldn't swim ? And those paddling floats? *sigh* Oh to be young again As for the subject of this thread, I think you'll find Br Kashif that the proper expression is: "we woz robbed" ;-) Well you know what they say…..it ain't over till the final whistle blows….it’s a game of two halves….it only takes a second to score….we were caught sleeping at the back…..[insert any other footballing cliché that comes to mind]…..;-) |

Muslim Brothers and sisters in a pool together to have fun. Mann I know London was cosmopolitan but I think this is a bit too much. By the way here in Yorkshire we have booked the pool from 8:30pm till 9:30pm only for muslim men....!!! You can come along Bro Khalid, with Bro Jehad and anyone else is welcom as well. MEN only. |
