| as salam o alaikum k i have been hearing a lot of trash talk about basketball skills (sorry this one for brothers only)!! Sisters you are having your own program at isna designed by sisters in MSA :) ..Well its time to put up or shut up (thats you Arsalan hehe) MSA national will be orgnaising a late nite basketball tourney at the ISNA convention..it will be over 2 nites (fri and Sat most likely) More details to follow.. better start practicing that jumper.. If that happens, I'll be on one of the teams insha Allah, and we'll get it on. I wanted to play last year also, but didn't have a team together. And about that jumper ... no need to work on that. | let see if you any better then the last aggie team i saw..they came down to houston for a tourney at the mosque adn came in...LAST !!! anyway last in Texas still means u gonna be able to whoop up on the rest of the country..not like the cali ppl can hoop ..right bhaloo.. |

| [slm] Bhaloo, I was the only guy that ended up going to ISNA from here. So since I didn't have a team together, I couldn't play in the 3-on-3. Insha Allah, some guys will go this year and we'll have a team. Zeyn, hmm. Sounds like some oldtimers from Aggieland who are now working in Houston got together and played at FPC. They don't represent us :) Maybe we need to hold a Texas MSA Basketball tournament. What do you think? There's a lot of ballers up in Houston, and there's also a few in Austin from what I've heard. I can get about 10 guys to go from here if the cost is reasonable and it's not too far from here. |

| actually it was ppl who drove up from aggieland :) i remember cause thats why they were late (i was doing registration) ..yeah we can do something here in houston ..lemme talk to soem ppl..maybe in the fall? |

| Assalaamu alaikum, Zeyn, my brother (the guy with the goggles) played in a 3-on-3 tournament in June of 1999. Is that the tournament you're talking about? Where was this tournament held? |
