| Assalamu'alaikum :-) Talking about Youth Centres, some of you might be interested in this website. Check out what's available... http://www.pillarsonline.org/ Their activities include Educational, Recreational, Social, and Moral and Spiritual services. I just managed to browse through it...Somehow, the way they package the website is pretty interesting... even the lingo is interesting... I think, this is quite catchy, and certainly, it looks like it'll get a hold of the youngsters... what do U think? maybe, we can have something like this and even better in the UK? (Eh, Spring? :)) It gives very exciting vibes and energy... quite different from old boring methods, it seems... and inshaAllah, still be able to mould our vibrant young minds and hearts like those of the Qur'anic generation, inshaAllah, ameen.... Wassalam :-) P.S. They've even got a Coffee Club called TheKedaiKopi (Kedai=shop, Kopi=coffee in Malay)!.. and *ahem* looks real tempting those ice blended Arabica *gulp* just hope the price is good too! InshaAllah! Mmm.. maybe I'll go over this weekend.... P.P.S. But.. ermm.. maybe, some of us may not be very comfortable with some of the terms used? |
