Is your child a baby?

If a baby- playing Quran and Hadith during the day is pobably the best. Also make sure you are vocalizing dikr with the baby.

Also you can say the Arabic alphabet and counting the toes with Arabic numbers.

Or are you looking for different older age specific ideas?

Bismillah and salam,
hmm I thought it was ok for kids to have toys even Aisha ra had her "girls" and a unicorn.
Well making the bean bag buddies is easy. Bird feeders, (depending on age i say for yours masha'Allah and may Allah make him/her from the sali7een, make so simple like that a shoe? string of cheerios).
Ocean in a baby food jar is nice (MATERIALS: Baby Food Jars, Hot Glue
Blue food coloring,Vegetable Oil,Seashells and anything else you can find INSTRUCTIONS:Combine some small seashells, some blue food coloring, a little veg oil in a babyfood jar with water.
Seal the jar with hot glue. The kids shake it to mix the oil and water and then watch what happens :-)

-check out childfun.com i think there is a section under the crafts category for babies and toddlers. (i like the one to make tulips form their hand prints)finger painting is also a great sensation experience for them. I must warn you some kids are really bothered haha

Bismillah and salam,
sister I came across this review of this site today, perhaps it might be useful:
http://missionislam.com
A beautifully designed site with excellent graphics and information
pertaining to Islam presented by a group from Australia. This site also
contains interesting games that are based upon Islamic knowledge,
excellent for children learning about Islam.
