| A.A. I am just asking for some knowledge... I heard if you drink alcohol, your salaat isn't accepted for 40 days... well what is the penalty for eating haraam meat? pork? dancing? listening to music? lying? etc...A.A. abdullah,. |

[/quote] salam, i heard that the punishment for drinking alcohol or eating nething haram is the same!!! u got me thinking abt listening to music and lying, and i can't stop thinking!!!! Sum1 answear this!!! abt dancing, is that wrong??? i thought it was ok to dance, as long as its not with haram music, and aslong as its not infront of the opposite sex!!! wa-salam |

| Salam Alaikum wrt if you drink alcohol, while drinking alcohol, during that state, by the hadith of the prophet SAW, you are not considered a muslim, you are in a state of disbelief... although once you are back to normal, you can start praying and make tawbah, Insha`Allah.. Also, those who drink the wine/alcohol of this world will not taste that of the next..that's a huge penalty if we realized what we were going to miss out on.. The penalty for eating haram meat is not the same as alcohol...and Allah SWT knows best. |

| i heard the same thing ... that the penelty for eating nething haran is that no worship from you will be accepted for 40 dayz .. but also isnt there specific peneleties for other specic sins? |
