| Bismillah and salam, Is anyone aware of a particularly good and modern French translation of the Quran for someone who needs it? Who is the publisher and translators, etc? Jazakumu Allahu khayran. |

| Asslam'alaykum, My mother tongue is french and I've been a muslimah for ten years, alhamdulillah. I never found a perfect translation of the Qur'an in french, not even "a very good one". I have the King Fahd version, which is okay. I heard the one from Denise Masson is well written, but I never saw it. What I usually do, when the meaning of a verse isn't clear in french, I check the english translation to see if the meaning is similar.
