| Assalamu 'alaikum I just found out that I am 6 weeks pregnant. :) I'm in a state of mixed emotions. I'm really happy hoping that Allah blesses me with a daughter now that I have 3 boys. (Though I will be extremely happy with anything :) ) I'm really scared because I had a miscarriage at 20 weeks, almost 2 years ago. :( Since I've received the news I have been very anxious and very worried because of my past experience. So, since I'm new to Islam I'm hoping that you can let me know of any Surah's to read or du'as I can recite to calm my nerves down? Also are there any herbs you can take safely during pregnancy, like black seed? Anything will help. Thanks. :) Cindy |

| assalamualaikum sis. wow! congratulations!! 6 weeks..not long now..! regarding surahs and stuff..i'm not sure..but see what the others say :) sis, u thought of any names yet, whether its gonna be girl or a boy? if its girl..how about 'zakira'? :) once again...congratulations! peace zakira |

| Assalamu Alaikum, Congratulations! Really just read Quran, or if u have to read any specific surah, read surah Maryam. Just make sure that u read loud enuff so that the baby can hear and pray to Allah (SWT) to make this baby a good human being and a GREAT Muslim :) Take care zayanb |

| As salamu alaykum Cindy, Congratulations! Insha'Allah your pregnancy will be an easy one. What about listening to the Quran in Arabic? Insha'Allah the baby will grow to love listening to the Quran and will have an easier time learning Arabic later on. :D As salamu alaykum Marcie |

| a.w.w 6 weeks ah not long to go :) May have a pious child. As for surahs, Surah Maryam, Yasin, and generally keep your tongue in the rememberence of Allah. Ameen. |
