In the name of Allah The Merciful The Compassionate

Al Salam Alaikum Wa Rahmatu Allahi Wa BarakatuHu
May peace be upon you and Allah's Mercy and His Blessings
All Praises are to Allah, And may peace be upon His honorable Prophet.

We go over many bridges in our commutes. These bridges
go over rivers, gorges, and other roads. Some of these bridges
are very long, some short. Some bridges are narrow with only
one lane or just a foot crossing, some are wide with several
lanes and several stories high. Some are lighted with street
lights, some don't have much lighting. Allah has allowed
all these bridges to exist.

I would like to tell you about a bridge that Allah has
made. This bridge is very narrow, thinner than a hair and
sharper than a sword. There is no external lighting on
this bridge. This bridge is very slippery. There are hooks on the
side of this bridge, that grapple a person.

This is the bridge that Allah has made that goes over the
hell fire. People will have to cross over this bridge in order to
enter the Jannah, the beutiful place that Allah has prepared for
His servants. Below this bridge is the fire of hell. Some
will be able to cross this bridge, by Allah's will, faster than
a blink of an eye; some the speed of lighting; some the speed
of a fast wind; some the speed of a horse or a camel. Some will
make it safely across by the grace of Allah, others will fall
down from this bridge into the fire of hell.

On this bridge, there is no lighting except for what emits
from the person. The fire of hell is black, so no lighting will
come from there. The light will be shining from the person going
in front of them, and to their right. Some will have a lot of light
emitting from them, from their faces and bodies. Some will have
less light emitting from them. Some will have a small amount of
lighting coming from them, from their pinky finger. These people
will pray to Allah, "Oh Allah, perfect our light for us!".

The munafiqs (hypocrites) will not have any light, and will
say to the believers, "Wait for us, let us borrow from your light."
It will be replied to them, "Go back and look for a light there."
Allah will then put a wall between them, with a door. On the one
side of the wall will be Allah's mercy, and on the other side all
along the wall will be Allah's punishment.

My dear brothers and sisters, let us remember Allah much,
and pray devoutly to Him, so that we could pass easily over this
bridge. Allah is the King of the day of judgement. Allah has prepared
a joyous place in the paradise for those that are devout to Him. Allah
also has prepared a severe punishment for the evil doers. May Allah
give us our light, and make it easy for us on the day of judgement.
Allah is Most Kind, and full of bounties.

Alsalam Alaikum Wa RahmatuAllahi Wa BrakatuHu
May peace be upon you and Allah's Compassion and His Blessings.

Ahmed
