This important event will pertain to the crises and expectations of Muslims all over the world. The Muslim Ummah, both in the East and the West, is beset with trials and tribulations. We need to accept that we must face these challenges, and organize against the efforts of our adversaries. An important part of this struggle is to educate ourselves about the affairs of Muslims worldwide, and to actively work to be involved in order to make a difference. We must learn to act substantially in order to garner effective responses on the world stage. Asia, Europe, Africa, America Muslims struggle constantly against oppression the world over. The conference will deal with many of these global issues, concentrating on one or two countries in each continent. Nor will the vitally important concerns of Iraq, Chechnya, or Palestine be ignored. An important part of the conference will be to motivate us as Muslims to become active on these issues, in order to help the Ummah recover from its current state of passive humiliation and suffering. It is imperative that each and every single one of us Muslims become educated and involved about the needs and concerns of our Ummah.
