Whats gone wrong with the investigating agencies? Are they tellin the world that the attackers were foolish enought to leave these things behind? I doubt. --------------------- Investigators find evidence in Boston By Reuters September 12, 2001, 11:55 a.m. PT BOSTON--Investigators in Boston found a copy of the Koran, a videotape on how to fly commercial jets and a fuel consumption calculator in a pair of bags meant for American Airlines Flight 11, which crashed into the World Trade Center on Tuesday. The suitcases belonged to a man with an Arabic name who investigators believe was one of those who hijacked the plane and crashed it into the New York landmark, the Boston Globe reported on Wednesday. The man boarded Flight 11 after flying into Boston's Logan International airport from Portland, Maine, but his bags missed the connection, the Globe reported. The discovery, if verified, would be the latest bit of evidence pointing investigators toward Islamic extremists as the perpetrators of Tuesday's deadly attacks in New York and Washington, the worst in memory on U.S. soil. Senior U.S. officials have said initial evidence points to the organization of Osama Bin Laden, the Islamic militant who has been blamed for previous attacks on U.S. facilities in the Middle East and Africa, as the author of the attacks. Meanwhile, the Boston Herald reported on its Web Site, citing an unidentified source, that Massachusetts authorities have identified five Arab men as suspects in the attacks and have seized a rental car containing Arabic-language flight training manuals at Logan. Two of the men were brothers whose passports were traced to the United Arab Emirates, the unidentified source told the Herald. One of the men was a trained pilot, the paper reported on its Web site on Wednesday. The paper said investigators suspect the brothers were aboard hijacked United Airlines flight 175, one of two aircraft that crashed into New York's World Trade Center. Flight UA 175 left from Boston en route to Los Angeles with 56 passengers onboard. American Airlines flight 11 from Boston to Los Angeles crashed into the other World Trade Center tower. Another aircraft hit the Pentagon, and a fourth aircraft crashed in rural Pennsylvania. At least two other suspects flew to Logan on Tuesday from Portland, Maine, where authorities believe they had traveled after recently crossing over from Canada, the Herald reported. Authorities were informed about the rental car by a civilian who got into a fight with several Arab men as they were parking their car, the paper reported.

Doesn't it seem like a bit of  a set up? I mean the most OBVIOUS clues just left in a bag. I really think someone is trying to cover his tracks and throw the dirt on others.. [slm] When I first heard this on the news I knew it was rubbish. Why would they leave the Quran lying around in the car? These kaffir are deliberately trying to implicate Islam into this to justify their actions against muslims. With the Quran brought into the picture, it will brew hated against Islam and muslims, thus less opposition to and more public backing for existing sanctions and strikes on Iraq, Afghanistan or wherever. There were already voices concerned about iraqi sanctions and daily bombings. All in all it helps them to gain geater control on muslim lands. ):( ):(

It was a set up, BIG TIME!!! Anyone could have seen it! Well its kindda sad eh isnt it how desparate they are for it to be muslims. They WANT the attack to BE muslims. They dont want serbs/russians/chinese/jewish etc, they want it to be muslims!

yeah... a MAJOR set up!! never believe what the media tell you...enemies of the muslims...so OF COURSE they're gonna lie to their back teeth about this crap... i mean..if they were clever enuff to hijack  4 planes and hit 'em into the twin towers and the pentagon and whatever else 'they planned to hit'..within AN HOUR!! then they'll also be clever enuff to hide thier evidence!! DUH!!! what a load of bull... ggrrr!!!

as'salaamualikum i too think it's a set up..ppl who plan something this huge, and then leaving such a huge clue? what sense does that make..? it doesn't..[i]but[/i] i also think that they really didn't care..because [i]they[/i] were gonna be dead anyways..so, who cares if they left a bag? but why did they have luggage in the 1st place?   the pieces don't fit too well..

Salaam Princess I think the guys WOULD have cared about what they left behind to protect those they left. But this was a clear set up! Who done it?Not the FBI, someone else, probably one of the TV stations. These people are scum, maybe this is a sign that it was not muslims after all! And that they may not have anyone to blame so they will just make up an enemy, and who better then the muslims!

I can't really see it, can you: [The scene: having taken control of the plane, the hijacker flies on towards New York.  But wait, he has a problem: he can't remember what to do next!] HIJACKER: [Muttering to himself] Oh man, what do I do now????  Hang on ... slm Might be the work of the CIA. What I mean is the McViegh thing was done, and the CIA had full knowledge about it. They even evacuated their offices. They allowed it to continue though. They need stuff like this to guaranty funding. CIA people have families to feed too.

Jannah these people have an anti Muslim agenda, what ever happens they will say that slogan, 'fundamentalist Muslim'. Even if it is done by a Christian. You know here there was a bomb outside the Israeli embassy, it was planted by a Arab Christian women. Belonging to a communist party. She was wearing a mini skirt and a low cut top that shows everything. You know what they said in the Media? They gave a big talk on how Muslim fundamentalist women are a threat and the showed a picture of two Muslim women wearing hijab walking down the street.

slm I'm getting really worried about this. Another story I read said that one of the pilots, I think from Florida, was reported about a year ago as having died in a plane collision. So if he died, then who is using his passport? In fact how can they be sure about anything. This could be *anyone* covering their a*# by blaming it on the Muslims. It was so carefully planned, so perfectly executed..do you really think that the terrorists would have flown under their own passports or names. Apparently these men (the ones whose identities were used) had families. Wives and kids. Wouldn't they want to make sure that they were protected after the incident - ie. by no one knowing exactly who carried out the attacks? something stinks wasalaam eleanor

as salaamu alaykum, What's interesting was the briefing with White House press secretary Ari Fleischer.. he said that that there were two more targets, the White house and Air Force One.  A reporter asked something like, how could there be *two* targets for that *one* plane that landed in Pennsylvania? (Meaning.. wouldn't they need two planes for those two targets?) And Fleischer said, I can't comment on that at this time. BBC also reports that that fourth plane was *shot down*.. something I haven't heard once on American media. Also with Muhammad Atta.. *why* would he use his real name!?@$#@ (an FBI agent said his name "jumped out at him" from the passenger list as someone found guilty of an Israeli bus bombing in the 80's)  You can hook yourself up with a license (or any other form of ID) for fifty across the street from Port Authority!!!  You spend all your time plotting this out and you're not going to use an alias?  ??? If you're going to come up with a story at least make it a good one! Interesting too that the FBI admitted that they monitor *all* cell phone calls in the country. Anyone heard the s11 theory?  What do y'all think?

UNITE UNITE UNITE!!!! NOW is the time for the Islaamic world to come together as ONE NATION. We are ALL a target. Look how quickly the kaafir world have come together as one to wipe out as many muslims as possible. NOW is the time for the Islaamic world to unite, either unite, or be destroyed. Se7en Remember the Mudhab hostilites i mentioned etc a while back? Well now its time to put it ALL to one side, and unite under one point, the only point that should matter, unite under this: I bear Witness thier is no god but Allah and Muhammed (saw) is the final messenger of Allah. We have seen how much they hate us, is thier any point in us fighting amongst ourselves now?

I also read that the plane got shot down and this was on the Guardian web site, the story was relatively short. However, after several refreshes on my broswer for the latest news the story or the refernce was no longer there !. Regardless if somebody is going to get the blame they will, we are not investigators and we surely will get fed the same information as everyone else. What I think we really ought to be doing now until RAMZAN is making dua, go to the local imam and request him to pray Qunoot E Nazilah, give sadqah and be there for the muslims. We are one big family and its high time we unite and forget our petty differences whether one is a Hanafi or Shafia, Arab or Malay, Black or White, Rich or Poor. Only in unity can we go forward. slm, i agree.. when i heard that reort, the 'evidence' seemed too obvious.. its like they found exactly what they wanted to find.. as long as buzzwords like 'koran' and 'flight manual' and such are put in the news reports, people will be satisfied, no matter how little real proof there is. ok anyway, conspiracy theories aside, i agree with br hanif, we need to unite and let the world know that we do not support whomever commited these horrible acts whether they are muslim or not, and to support and protect each other from the harassment, attacks, and hostilities we may be going through... and to please please make duaa for those who have lost their lives in this tagdy and their families, and for our brothers and sisters, for us to make it through this hard time unharmed.. ameen.

slm there is always something to learn in every given moment of our lives,even from the kafir! it is a different time,a time of change. the speed of changes occuring. our dawah and jihad is to our selves first. to unite, truly be a Ummah. how can we expect to divide and spread Islam if we are not together. All muslim organisation,universites etc. need to create revised strategies. InshALLAH may ALLAH swt give us the himmah.

Bismillah and salam, It does seem like such a set up.And insha'Allah He will expose them soon. Why do they made it like a clue when it is so normal for someone who is studying something to have a book relating to it in his car. My husband has text books in his car!!!  Also, Allah is exposing them when they said about the two saudi brothers. One has been dead for a whole year and the other's stuff was stolen not long ago. What broke my heart is footage when we went to the tv is the lady in niqab clutching a baby. May Allah protect the believers from the evils that are happening.

[slm] sister, My feelings exactly when I too saw the sister with niqab. I think that was in Boston. With anti-muslim sentiment spreading across the west my immediate concern was ill treatment and her being man handled in custody. Do we know what happened to her? [wlm]
