The event and what i think we should do and not do.

The event happened. There is also nothing to say that this will be the last time it is going to happen or if this event will be the biggest of its kind. It is a fact that America has done evil many times greater then this all over the world repeatedly. It has happened so often that people only give a couple of lines on condemnation when America does anything such as this. What we needed to realise when America did what it did, were the figures in what it called collateral damage were real people, with real families. What the Muslims of America should have remembered is each time America bombs a country or starves another, each victim that dies has a family that wants revenge. And America and its citizens including them selves may be the target.
Whether we agree with revenge or disagree with it, we need to remember that it is a fact. And each time there is a victim of American aggression, there are also potential retaliators.
If some one wants to understand the mindset of the people who do such things, all you need to do is go to one of the refugee camps and speak to anyone.
Right now if you ask me if I would do such a thing I would say "no".
There is some one who lives near me who was arrested by an American puppet regime. His mother and his wife were brought in front of him, he was asked to chose if he wants to get raped or if he would prefer his wife and mother to get raped. He chose to submit to the homosexual acts on himself to protect his mother and wife from that dishonour.
If I had been the victim of such a thing my answer would be different. I think that if I would ever suffer such a thing my anger would blind me to the rules of war.

Muslim are not the only victims of American aggression, so there is nothing to say that the perpetrators were Muslims. America was looking for an excuse to attack some countries and people. So who ever did this, this incident will be used as an excuse to attack those people. And then the victims of that American attack will want revenge.
Muslims in America must remember that in their efforts to disassociate them selves from the hijacking, they should not side with Americas on going war against Islam, which came in to full swing after the collapse of Communism.

I think another danger will be that Muslims will stop giving dawa and instead just talk about how Islam is against terrorism only replying to the propaganda against Islam.
Muslims need to remember that getting people to like Islam is different from getting people to believe in it. Whenever some one gets in to a conversation about terrorism, the Muslim should try to twist to conversation in to talking about whether or not Islam is the true deen from Allah. Dawa is possible in such circumstances. Many kaffar soldiers become Muslim in the battlefield of Jihad while their friends and family are busy fight against Islam. So I cant see how this event which has not even been admitted by any Muslim group will have a detrimental effect, unless Muslims fall in to the trap of the Kaffar media and become to defeatist to do real dawa. Instead only replying to the agenda dictated to by the kaffar media.

What Muslims in America need to think about is whether they are living in America for a comfortable life or something else. As even if Muslims in America completely submit to the American value system to get the American society except them. There will be attacks from Muslims living else where against America, and these attacks will be used by the American media to spread venom against Islam making your lives less comfortable.
Whatever the motivation for the attacks, the American media will use it to attack Islam, even if it means fabricating evidences where needed.
