[slm] U.S. to U.N.: Attacks on other countries may be necessary - CNN The Anglo-Saxon (U.S. and British) joint letter to the UN Security Council is an eye opener. At least the American never hide their true intention, vis-a-vis, their right of retaliation against some of the other States, meaning of course Arab countries. The puppet King Abdallah of Jordan made the statement that the American had assured him that Arab countries will not be targeted which the American denied having ever made this commitment. And when that happen I am sure then it will be a long and bitter war which Sheikh Safar Al Hawali expected albeit indirectly in his book, "The Day of Wrath" in which according to his interpretation will culminate with the collapse of the state of Israel in the year 2012. The same theme is being adopted by Dr.Israr Ahmed of Pakistan in his last Friday sermon. The only bright spot in this darkness of brutality and betrayal which the Ummah is facing is the almost unanimous fatwa issued by all the eminent Ulemas from all the Islamic countries irrespective of what their respective rulers and Governments feel or acted contrary to the rulings and advice. In my mind there is no doubt that the Baseerat which the Ulemas possess is no where near the rulers. All credits are to all these respected Ulemas. I would say Jazakallah. You have at least not bowed to the pressure of your Governments and acted according to the Quran and Hadith. You made us proud of our Deen, Islam. Bushra

assalaamu alaikum One interesting thing i find is that alongside Sh. Safar's ijtihad about the coming "abomination of desolation" on or around 2012, Sh. Ahmed Yasseen in an interview spoke about the end of Israel starting on or in the decade following the year 2018. Kashif Wa Salaam

[slm] Pakistan will also be a target, I'd bet if it wasn't haram to do so. The statements made by the US government to India were quire alarming, in which they said to Vajpayee that he should not worry, if Pakistan infringes on India's sovereignty, (meaning Kashmir), the US will not stand by it. Pakistan is on the hit list. The US will spit on Pakistan once it's gotten what it needs, just like they did before. [wlm]
