~~~~~~~
Just my kind of diet!!!!
Original
This is a specially formulated diet designed to help women cope with
the stress that builds during the day.
BREAKFAST
1 grapefruit
1 slice whole-wheat toast
1 cup skim milk
LUNCH
1 small portion lean, steamed chicken with a cup of spinach
1 cup herbal tea
1 Hershey's Kiss
AFTERNOON TEA
The rest of the Hershey Kisses in the bag (just a little snack for
being good in the morning)
1 tub of Hagen-Daaz ice cream with chocolate-chip topping (gotta
get our dairy product in)
DINNER
4 glasses of Banana & Strawberry Milk shake(Hey its got banana
& strawberries, it must be good for you, right?)
2 loaves garlic bread (garlic is very good for you)
1 family size Supreme pizza (very healthy... all food groups in
one dish)
3 Snickers bars (loaded with peanuts which are high in protein)
LATE NIGHT SNACK
1 whole Sarah Lee cheesecake (with 1/2 jar of hot fudge drizzled
over it) (eaten directly from the freezer)(Hey! We ate good all day... it's time
to reward ourselves... right?)
REMEMBER: "Stressed" spelled backward is "desserts"
YEAUKH!!!!!
That diet is Horrid! NO WAY could you keep it down, in fact you couldn't eat half of it without throwing up! All that chocolate, yeah a bit is nice, but them when you gota start forcing it down, you are gona throw up BIG TIME!!!
My idea of a perfect womens diet.
Breakfast: 1 Tic Tac. 2 calories
Lunch: 2 Drops of water
Supper: One apple seed.
There you go, that should keep you in shape ;)
(that was a joke ok, so dont anyone REALLY follow it)
:)
Another misconception about women-
we never ever describe eating chocolate - as "forcing it down!"
These thoughts are always comforting...
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) narrated:
Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, "Allah does not look at your figures, nor at your attire but He looks at your hearts and accomplishments".
Now, it's snack time. Wait, I haven't quite finished my lunch yet. Ahhh...I love a good cup of coffee. Now I'm going to go to my room and eat chocolate candy and drink some water.
So am i to believe all you women are overweight? I know for a laugh you put on a brave face and try and joke about eating as you wish, but i have seen and heard that in reality you dont feel as light humoured once the weight starts increasing. If that is the case, which i have been told is, then i would seriously think 2 hundred times before opening the box of chocs and skuffing them down. After all men can get away with it, as most of us are involved in physical activity i.e. warehouse work, football, basketball, martial arts, etc etc so we can burn of extra calories. However in the case of women, your lifestyle dont tend to give much oppurtunities for using up the extra calories i.e. brushing hair, putting on make up, working on the finger nails, looking at ourself in the mirror 24/7.
So please sisters, dont make a joke out of this. Having a spare calorie here and thier may be a liability for you. But please spare a thought for all those people who suffer low calories. To some people in the world, an extra calorie is a luxury, a dream. So please sisters, if you have a spare calorie, maybe 1, maybe 2, or even three, then spare a thought for those less well off, and donate a few calories to charity ;)
Please send your Calorie donations (in the form of chocolates) to me by using the instant message ;)
Brother Mujaahid, at this moment I would gladly send you all the chocolate in my house if it were possible. I ate a load of chocolate earlier this afternoon and my tummy is still not the better of it! I nearly couldn't do sajdah for Maghrib it was so bad!!
Don't know why I ate so much of the darned stuff when I have a nice big basket full of apples and bananas  but there you go!
