salaams...homeschooling is when u study at home...lol...u get ur books and exams and stuff from a corisponding school...u send in ur tests and stuff...and u can work as fast/slow as u want..its pretty easy. The arabic classes r givin by a saudi institute..IIASA...theres 6 levels for non intensive..2 days a week...and 3 levels for intensive...5 days a week..i'm taking the intensive alhamdullilah..and we study the classical arabic..used in the quran..so inshallah i'll be able to understand the quran..which is the reason to y i'm talking it.

Salaams sumayyah!!

weird weird, there is this Sumayya i know and she lives in the MD/VA area and she is doing homeschooling and is also taking arabic classes and then i thought you were her! and i got all shocked because the girl i know is like 10 years old and i was like "wow mashaAllah, sumayya sure knows how to type and write well!" hehehe!!

but anyway, that's excellent mashaAllah that you can take arabic classes during your homeschooling :) and ah yes, fusha arabic... that's the best kind to learn, alhamdulilah, you will understand the quran SOOO much better and you know how there are many translations of the Quran out there? well now you can understand the Quran and interpret it your way, inshaAllah, as long as it's right translating you're doing, hehe!

anyway, i want to say welcome to the board, LOL... but that's Br. Meraj's job and i think Sr. Princess's, so i'll leave them to welcome you...but shhh, *welcome to the board as well* ;-)

okee dokee, take care of yourself sister and inshaAllah all works out well with your arabic lessons and furthering your understanding of the Quran and Ahadeeth!

take care, Wa Salaams
