In the name of Allah The Merciful The Compassionate

Al Salam Alaikum Wa Rahmatu Allahi Wa BarakatuHu
May peace be upon you and Allah's Mercy and His Blessings

One of the things that Allah commands us is to have
patience. This is one of the characteristics of a true
worshipper of Allah. In arabic, the word for patience is Sabr,
which is the opposite of fast things (ajilah). We must all keep in
mind that one day we will meet our Lord, and that one day we will
return to Him.

Allah is with those that keep  patience.
This patience is difficult, except for people that humble
themsleves to Allah. The patience that we have is
from Allah. Allah will reward the people that have
the patience with a magnificent reward in the Jannah. Allah will
not make their deeds go in vain, and will never cause the
rewards of those that do right to become lost. Allah will
reward the patient according to the best of their actions.
The promise of Allah is true.

A righteous true believer is one that keeps the patience
in pain and adversity, and all times of distress. The earth is Allah's,
and all the events that occur on the earth are from Allah. Allah
makes them as a test for the believers. Sometimes Allah tests one group
of people with another group. Allah controls everything. We all are
under His Eyes.

The greatest patience of all is the patience for the
afterlife. Allah has made beutiful Gardens of happiness that last
forever. The people of patience will enter there, as well as the
righteous among their fathers, their spouses, and their offspring.
The angels will come from the gates of Jannah and say to them :
"Peace unto you for that ye persevered in patience!
Now how excellent is the final home!". The people of patience
are rewarded with the highest levels of Jannah. What beautiful
an abode and place of rest.

     Hadith in Bukhari:

     7.557: ------- Narrated Anas bin Malik: I heard Allah's
Apostle saying, "Allah said, 'If I deprive my slave of his
two beloved things (i.e., his eyes) and he remains patient,
I will let him enter Paradise in compensation for them.'"

9.475: ------- Narrated Abu Musa Al-Ashari: The Prophet
said, "None is more patient than Allah against the harmful
and annoying words He hears (from the people): They ascribe
children to Him, yet He bestows upon them health and provision."

My dear brothers and sisters, our life here is short
compared to the hereafter. Allah has prepared a nice
place for the believers in the Akhira. Let us keep the patience
for the afterlife. On the day of judgement, we will think
our life in this world only lasted for a day or part of day.
May Allah give us a good reward in the Jannah, and make
us people that remember Him, and long for the excellent
home that He has prepared for us in the Next life. Amin.

Al Salam Alaikum Wa Rahmatu Allahi Wa BarakatuHu
May peace be upon you and Allah's Mercy and His Blessings
