Asalaamu Alaikum ;-) Congratulations Anon. I see you're at the wedding halls stage huh? ;-) Well one suggestion would be to think about having some partitioning down the middle of one big hall. Finding two halls in London is never easy!!! |

[slm] ealing town hall is a good suggestion, my friend got married there recently, all the ladies were in a hall on the first floor and all the men in a hall on the ground floor. [wlm] |
ealing town hall is a good suggestion, my friend got married there recently, all the ladies were in a hall on the first floor and all the men in a hall on the ground floor
Have you and I been to the same wedding? ;-D I've been there too for my cousins wedding, with brothers downstairs and sisters upstairs in the main hall :) (why can't it be the other way around? :D The hall downstairs is smaller with a restaurant type setting thus much more cosier and relaxing. The car parks are absolute killers during the weekends so anyone going there should be early. Not good for those who suffer from road rage. |

Assalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu depending on how many people you have coming to your wedding, there's also West Ealing Islamic Centre (also known as Hanwell mosque) which has two halls...as well as Regents Park mosque to quote the obvious. About four years ago, the Great Western Royal hotel in Paddington had three adjacent halls for hire (if u want to go to that end of the market) which was good because if u were doing buffet catering u could have the men and women at two opposite ends and the food in between. There's also Wandsworth Civic suite which has two halls too. There's actually quite a few places. May ALlaah bless you marriage and draw you and your spouse closer to Him as a means of it...ameen. wassalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaauthu |
