| Assalamu Alaikum Everyone, I am insha'allah really psyched about Ramadan beginning soon; this year especially as I don't have to worry about school/work alhamdulillah. So, since I have all this time on my hands I really want to use my time increasing my knowledge and strengthening my eeman during this blessed of months insha'allah. Besides reading the Quran and hadith I was wondering what everyone's top 5-10 books were that have helped them to really strengthen their eeman. Jazaka'allah Kharun. Salam, Dina |

| [slm] [i]Purifictation of the Soul[/i] I would highly recommend the reading of that book. Especially in Ramadan. |

| salams um, definitely read the Qur'an :) i Know that sounds like a silly answer, but i don't know reading it now just really hits home for me. def also al-ghazali invocations and suplications and also his inner dimensions of islamic worship have any of you listed to anwar awlaki's tpae of the prophet's? i only have the excerpts but its phenomenol! and one of my favorite books that i never tire of is an nawwais 40 hadith! i love that book. errr what else.. there was something else i just read but i cna't remember it! ahhh i'll get back to u on this iA m. |
