As salamu alaykum
I know if one does wrong takfeer on a muslim(that is call him/her
kafir)one becomes a kafir himself. Now my question is if know someone is a
kafir and i dont do takfeer than what?Shouldnt we do takfeer on ppl we
know r kafir as they r donig open kufar.

heedlessness and haste...
sometimes makes us say things we should'nt really say..and forget our adabs and ettiquette amongst people...
good advice and nasiha always helps though, to keep Muslims in line when they fall short of their expectations.

May Allah keep us cautious at all times Inshaallah (Amin).

No, I don't think *we* should.  I think people properly equipped with 'ilm, experience, and hikma should, if and when it's necessary.

I think, if you have a sufficient amount of knowledge (and sense), you'd be careful not to mess around with "doing takfeer" on someone.  You'd talk about the action or belief that would be considered kuffr, not a particular person.

Some words to remember by Rasulullah [saw]:

"Whoever attributes kuffr to a believer, he is like his murderer."  -Tirmidhi

wAllahu a'lam.

wasalaamu alaykum.
