| Salam Alaikum..Is Lie strictly forbidden? When is Lie allowed? If you lie a person do this count at Judgement day, do we have payback from our good deeds to him/her or get from his/her bad deeds to our account? Wassalamu Alaikum... |

| asalaamu alaikum i think a lie is allowed two times: in times of war to protect the ummah (actually that's an extra-normal circumstance), but in normal circumstances, to cover the fault of a brother (so as not to publically embarass and alienate your brother) and when a man is reconciling with his wife (i believe to save the marriage). asalaamu alaikum. abdullah,. |
