| gaining weight in Ramadan? |

| [slm] So who has gained weight so far? I have. about 4 pounds. i'm 99 pounds now. That has never happened to me before. And the thing is that I have am not pigging out at iftar...so where am i gaining the weight from? Only once before I weighed 100 pounds for a week only. Then i dropped to 95 as usual. anyone experiencing weird weight gain/loss? [wlm] |

| slm, 99lbs? :o thats how much i weighed in 8th grade :) i think everybody reacts differently to fasting.. for some people, their metabolism deceases due to less energy intake, to i think that may cause them to furn off fat and calories as quickly as they normally would, and their body stores whatever calories they get when they eat... some people's metabolism rate may stay the same so that and eating less will cause them to lose more weight. or umm... yeah something like that ??? this is why im not gonna be a doctor ;-D |

But at the start of ramadhan i had a lot of fried junk!!! [wlm] |
