| Assalamu Alaikum, I read the article. Subhanallah, how can they do this. And she's 41, not even of that young of an age. It's one thing to beat up a maid, but to also push them down the stairs, Estagfirullah, that's even worse. Subhanallah, ppl are getting worse by everyday. And she's the niece of King Fahd, i don't know how they find the courage to do something like this. If they don't care about their uncle's reputation, they should be scared of Allah's wrath, and how wrong it is to do that. May Allah-u Subhana Wata'ala guide us all and forgive us for our transgressions. | [slm] This is indeed really pathetic to say the least..but its nothing new. There are a lot of horror stories reported of mistreatment of foreign workers in Saudi Arabia generally, and within the Saud family specifically. Stories of beatings, denial of basic rights, etc etc are not uncommon. Yeah it is sad, and may Allah protect us all from His wrath on the inevitable day of Judgement (Amin). Maliha [wlm] |
