| ***Taken from MPAC_1 Yahoo Group salaams, Assalamu 'alaikum This Wednesday 27th February a motion is going to be tabled at the General Meeting of Manchester University Students Union. It is a motion which asks the Union to acknowledge that Israel is a racist state and has committed gross human rights abuses against the Palestinian people. The Zionist lobby has gone full force into action, and is trying its utmost to put pressure on the university to stop this meeting from going ahead. Our brothers and sisters need our support right now please do something that is gonna help not only the Muslims in this country but in Palestine. If yo have any friends or family studying in Manchester Uni please ask them to go to this motion, lets not just sit there and sigh. We can all do something, right now, not later.
