| As'salaamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh! This is a beautiful, Cake that is quick and easy to make!! It is my own recipe and hopefully Insha'Allah you will love it!! [size=2]~Cake w/Cream & Fruit & Nuts~[/size] 1 Box of White Cake Mix (preferably Duncan Hines, cuz its more moist) 2-3 Quarts of Heavy Whipping Cream 1 bag of frozen strawberries (frozen is cheaper) or 2 boxes of fresh strawberries. 1. Bag of chopped nuts (peanuts are cheaper) 1/4 cup of white sugar ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1. Preheat Oven to what they tell you on the cake box. 2. Oil two 9in pans 3. Bake the cake using the instruction on the cake box. cook until done. 4. Meanwhile whip the Heavy Cream as directed. 5. Once cake is done. Take out of pans and cool. 6. Slice Strawberries and leave some whole. 7. Cover the first layer of cake with whipping cream and lay sliced strawberries all over the top. Sprinkle half of the sugar over the top. Lay the second layer down and add cream all over it. Sprinkle nuts all over the top and the sides. Add whole strawberries in a decorative way on the top. Sprinkle remaining sugar over the top. Place in fridge or freezer and let it get cold. Enjoy!! Jenna :) |
