[slm] i havent tried but like you, i know someone in my school who has, and you can reaaaaallly see the difference, i almost didnt recognize her, she said your given a certain number of points each day and a chart of EVERY single food there is, each food has a certain number of points then lets say you are only supposed to get 50 points a day..... you can eat anythign you want as long as you dont pass the fifty points anyway i think it works but the girl i know who did it said she was sooooooo hungry most of the time, so if you cant take hunger (which i think most of us can...ramadhan) then dont try it [wlm] nouha:) |

Hi All The problem with something like WW or Deal a Meal etc. is that eventually uou have to go back to eating like a normal person. The same is true for fad diets that restrict calories to 1000 a day. WW and the like are ok to give you that boost but usually don't work in the longterm...if she's lost that much weight in two weeks it's probably all water weight, anyway. The only way to lose weigh and maintain one's health is to have a moderate, balanced, varied diet and be physically active on a regular basis. Everything else is just a temporary fix.
